Description
Union School Corporation is suing Indiana Gov. Mike Braun and Secretary of Education Katie Jenner over a property tax reform law.
Many school districts were concerned the law, Senate Enrolled Act 1, will cost them a lot of money. But Union School Corporation will cease to exist.
On May 8, lawyers for the district filed a lawsuit, and are seeking an injunction to stop that from happening.
