People who live along the Monon want answers about the city's plan for the trail. The widening and repaving project began in 2022. It was divided up into phases, with the stretch from 10th to 56th streets just completed. The next phase will address the stretch from 56th to 96th streets, but when the city asked homeowners for nearly 66 feet total, 33 on each side of the trail, residents started asking questions.
