There is a new, fun opportunity being offered just off Monument Circle. The InterContinental Indianapolis is now offering a high tea service downtown that is said to be "fabulous" and "high class." High tea is a British tradition that's a bit more than an afternoon snack. And yes, of course, there is tea, along with finger sandwiches and bites of decadent desserts. If you ever have a chance to attend one, you won't get full and you won't leave hungry. The staff at InterContinental are training with British Royal Butler Anthony Cawdron, who is now an instructor at Purdue University.
