Description
Indianapolis Public Schools is being named in a lawsuit over "regular verbal harassment, physical assaults and emotional trauma" allegedly inflicted on a 6-year-old girl with special needs.
In a press release, attorneys Catherin Michael and Tammy Meyer outline the bullying they say the girl suffered at George Washington Carver Montessori School No. 87.
