Indianapolis and Marion County leaders are expressing their excitement after Gov. Mike Braun signed a bill this week that will rework how project grants are distributed.
Under current Indiana law, road funding is based on how long roads are. That means roads with just a few lanes often get the same funding as roads with many lanes.
