There's a new park now open in the Riverside neighborhood on the near northwest side of Indianapolis. City leaders came together Thursday morning to celebrate the opening of the new Riverside Adventure Park. It's located off North White River Parkway Drive West near West 30th Street. Thursday's event celebrated the completion of the first phase of improvements, which includes new trails, a nature-inspired playground and a fitness loop with outdoor exercise equipment.
