The Seymour Police Department said an active shooter at a library is in custody Wednesday afternoon. According to the police department, 911 dispatchers got a call around noon April 30 on a report of an active shooter at the Jackson County Public Library in Seymour. Officers responded to the scene, where police said they quickly took the shooter into custody.
