For the first time ever, IMPD is partnering with a local car organization, IndyHoodRats, to promote safe and legal streetcar events. "We thought the best route to go would be to reach out to them and see if there was in any hopes to do something in conjunction and try to aim it toward community directive in order to pull it off ultimately," said Jacob Ross, one of the owners of IndyHoodRats.
