A State Board of Accounts (SBoA) audit finds that former Center Grove superintendent Rich Arkanoff misappropriated district funds. Arkanoff resigned in late December 2023. Immediately, an audit was ordered of his paid time off (PTO) and credit card usage. Center Grove says Arkanoff blocked off days on his calendar that he didn't mark in the payroll system. They also claim he used the company credit card inappropriately on three different dates over two years.
