The 2025 Indiana legislative session has ended with the passage of the two-year state budget.
Lawmakers debated the bill, House Enrolled Act 1001, until the early morning hours of Friday.
The budget weighs in at roughly $45 billion, roughly the same as the previous two-year budget. That came after a rough April revenue forecast predicted Indiana would take in $2.4 billion less than lawmakers had expected over the next two years.
