Sen. Jim Banks (R-Indiana) says a $2 billion replacement hospital for veterans in Indianapolis is moving forward — and may be ahead of schedule.
Banks toured the Roudebush VA Medical Center Wednesday, calling the current facility outdated and over capacity. He said a feasibility study for a new hospital is already underway and progressing faster than expected.
