Since the day 15 months ago when he was found inside a parked car on Spring Wind Lane, his parents have been worrying that the case could go cold. They have been praying for answers.
"When I hear other people say, 'Oh, there's a suspect, there's an arrest,' I say, 'God, when it is going to be my time? Let it be today,'" said Parker's mother, Sonie.
