An Indianapolis man has been was charged with assisting a criminal in committing murder and obstruction of justice after a man was found fatally shot. IMPD officers responded to the 2100 block of East Washington Street, near Willard Park and North Rural Street, on a report of a person shot, just before 7:30 p.m. April 3. According to court documents, when officers arrived on scene, they found 61-year-old Ryan Aaron McClellan fatally shot in a U-Haul.
