Description
A U.S. District Court Judge has denied a request to protect the legal status of seven Indiana college students.
All of the students are citizens of other countries, studying in Indiana on student visas. The Department of Homeland Security revoked their legal status "without explanation," according to the ACLU of Indiana, which is suing on the students' behalf.
