IMPD homicide detectives, with the help from multiple agencies, arrested an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman for their alleged roles in a deadly shooting on the north side of Indianapolis in January. Around 1:15 a.m. Jan. 25, IMPD officers responded to the 4900 block of East 49th Street, near North Arlington Avenue, on a report of shots fired.
