Description
Community leaders gathered Tuesday to beautify a creek on the southeast side of Indianapolis.
Volunteers, community members and local organizations worked to clear up litter along Pleasant Run as part of an initiative ahead of Earth Day weekend to clean up one of the largest waterways in the city.
The goal is to restore over five miles of land from Emhardt Park, at Southern and Capitol avenues, north to Christian Park, on English Avenue near South Sherman Drive.
