The Marion County Prosecutors' Office announced formal charges against a teen accused in a triple shooting on the near northwest side of Indianapolis. A 15-year-old is facing two counts of murder, battery by means of a deadly weapon and dangerous possession of a firearm. Prosecutors have filed a petition to waive the suspect to adult court. Currently, he is charged as a juvenile, so the prosecutor's office cannot release his name at this time.
