It's been eight months since Corione and Gianna got to hug their son.
"It's really hard trying to stay strong," said Gianna Butts.
Corione Butts Jr. died in August at age 4. The toddler got ahold of a gun and accidentally shot himself.
Sunday would have been his 5th birthday. Even in their continued grief, his family decided to still celebrate his life.
