The trial for the suspect in the Mitthoefer murders is being delayed, as a judge appointed another doctor to see if David Hiner is competent to stand trial. Hiner is charged with murdering 58-year-old Shannon Lassere and 52-year-old Marianne Weis. Both women were killed within a single week.
