Description
The City of Muncie is no longer paying a firefighter at the center of a cheating investigation after a vote by a merit commission Thursday night.
Muncie Fire Department captain Troy Dulaney had been on paid administrative leave – accused of leading an exam cheating scheme – since May 2023, and he has been collecting his full salary the whole time.
