Description
Four teenagers were arrested after Tuesday night's deadly shooting in a residential area of the county, which police have now characterized as an illegal gun sale that turned violent.
Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office said it found and took all suspects into custody around 7 a.m. Wednesday. Now, they've confirmed that two 16-year-olds, one 17-year-old and one 18-year-old were arrested. Only the 18-year-old, Jeremiah Upson, has been named at this time. Two of the teenagers are from Spotsylvania County and two are from Caroline County.
