Description
Parts of Jackson County are underwater Monday after historic flooding of the White River.
"This is the third highest river in Seymour's history," said Indiana Conservation Officer Claire Jenkins.
Parts of the White River in Jackson County crested Sunday evening at more than 19 1/2 feet. The White River, however, isn't the only river out of its banks.
