Two teenagers have been arrested after a double shooting on Indianapolis' near northeast side early Sunday morning. According to IMPD, around 1 a.m. April 6, an officer was patrolling the area of the 1600 block of Dr. Andrew J. Brown Avenue, near Roosevelt Avenue and Interstate 70, when he heard multiple shots fired from a white Dodge Avenger into another car. IMPD said the officer tried to stop the Dodge Avenger, but it didn't stop. The car instead sped off, leading to a police chase.
