Description
As heavy rain continues to cause flash flooding across many parts of Indiana, Bartholomew County has taken steps to protect residents.
The City of Columbus announced Saturday that it is opening a Red Cross shelter at St. Peter's Lutheran School located at 719 5th Street for anyone who needs to evacuate due to the flooding.
