Description
Shelbyville remains under a state of emergency due to flooding affecting both the Big Blue and Little Blue rivers, city officials said in a news release Sunday afternoon.
According to city officials, there has already been significant damage throughout the floodplain, including uprooted trees that are floating downstream.
