Neighbors in Hendricks County spent much of the day cleaning up after a tornado tore through the area Wednesday night. The National Weather Service confirmed it was an EF-2 tornado. It caused a wall and part of the roof to collapse at the Sur La Table Warehouse on Northfield Drive. Crews from Hendricks and Marion counties worked for hours to free a female worker trapped following the collapse. The Branches subdivision, just west of Eagle Creek Park, was also severely damaged. The tornado ripped off the roofs of dozens of homes.
