13News is working to learn why police officers were involved in a vehicle chase on Indianapolis' southwest side Monday night. Around 10 p.m. March 31, Indiana Department of Transportation cameras captured a long line of police cars with flashing red and blue lights as they followed a car at slow speeds on roads near the airport. A few minutes later, our crew saw multiple cars from state and local departments at an active scene near Kentucky Avenue and Interstate 465.
