IMPD is investigating a deadly shooting that happened Sunday evening on Indy's northeast side. IMPD Capt. Don Weilhammer said a call came in at 7:09 p.m. March 30 of a juvenile male walking to the gas station at East 42nd Street and North Mitthoefer Road after he had been shot. Three minutes later, a call came from nearby in the 10000 block of Ellis Drive on a report of a juvenile male knocking on a house after he said he was shot. IMPD said both gunshot victims are juvenile males, but their exact ages are not confirmed at this time.
