Much of the east side of Indianapolis is under a precautionary boil water advisory after a water main break on the city's near northeast side Thursday morning. The incident was reported around 10:15 a.m. March 27 near the intersection of East 22nd Street and Dr. Andrew J. Brown Avenue.
