A child is recovering after he was hit by a car in Indianapolis, and he isn't the only young person hurt in such an incident recently. The group Safe Streets Indy is sounding the alarm after 10 kids were struck by vehicles around Indianapolis in the past 30 days, according to the director of the organization.
