INDIANAPOLIS — No city in the country has seen its property tax bills climb faster than Indianapolis.
That topic was the focus of members of the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus on Tuesday in a panel hosted by Michael Jefferson of Indy's URSTREET TV.
State Representatives Earl Harris Jr. (D-District 2), Carolyn Jackson, (D-District 1) and John Bartlett (D-District 95) came face-to-face with members of the community for a conversation. The event was also available online, giving Hoosiers across the state a chance to interact with lawmakers.
