IMPD is investigating after a man was fatally shot on Indy's near east side Sunday morning. The shooting was reported around 4:45 a.m. March 23 in the 300 block of North Arsenal Avenue, near East Washington Street. Responding officers found a man on the front porch of a home who had been shot multiple times. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
