IMPD is investigating after a man was found dead after reportedly being shot multiple times on Indy's near east side Sunday morning. At around 4:45 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 300 block of North Arsenal Avenue, near East Washington Street. When police arrived on scene, they found a man on the front porch of a residence who had been shot multiple times. The man was pronounced dead by medics just moments later.
