Description
A deputy sheriff with the Marion County Sheriff's Office has been terminated from his position following an OWI arrest.
According to a release from the MCSO, deputy sheriff David Hodges, 39, was arrested for OWI by the Lawrence Police Department on Saturday, March 22.
According to a public police report from LPD as well as court documents, officers responded to a report of a rollover crash shortly before 5 p.m. in the 11500 block of High Timber Drive, which is in a neighborhood near East 56th Street and Sunnyside Road.
