There are conflicting reports about what happened over the weekend at a bar on Mass Ave in downtown Indianapolis.
A 36-second video circulating on social media allegedly shows the following interaction at the Chatterbox Jazz Club at 435 Massachusetts Avenue, near East Michigan Street, on Friday, March 14.
