Description

A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a hit-and-run crash on the southeast side of Indianapolis Thursday evening. The crash happened around 6:45 p.m. March 13 at Raymond Street and State Avenue. Police say the driver of the vehicle that struck the motorcyclist allegedly parked his vehicle and ran off. Officers tracked the man down and took him into custody about a block away from the crash scene. Police believe the driver may have been intoxicated.
