A longtime firefighter accused of orchestrating an exam cheating scheme will not be able to serve as a firefighter in Indiana for at least three years. The Indiana Board of Firefighting Personnel Standards and Education voted Thursday morning to revoke all 26 firefighting certifications earned by Muncie Fire Capt.
