Description
A judge found an Indianapolis man guilty in the murder of a pizza delivery driver on the city's east side in March 2023.
In a bench trial on Thursday, March 13, Judge James Osborn found Justin Turner guilty of murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on March 30, 2023, police responded to a report of a person shot in the 1400 block of Priscilla Avenue, near East 16th Street and North Arlington Avenue.
Officers arrived and found a man, later identified as 57-year-old Stephen Flynn, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced Steve dead at a hospital.
