The man accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian on the city's west side and driving off in May 2024 is one step closer to being held accountable, the victim's family told 13News.
Relatives of 47-year-old Roy Hodges Jr. said that after an arrest in the case, they're now just weeks from his trial.
