Three new plaintiffs have joined a lawsuit alleging Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne covered up "widespread instances" of child sexual exploitation. According to our Fort Wayne affiliate WPTA, an official with the law firm representing the families says they plan to refile the case in Allen County — instead of Marion County, where it was originally filed — and that three additional "Jane Does" have been added to the complaint.
