The use and success of forensic genealogy has exploded recently. Family trees and DNA are tracking down killers and identifying missing loved ones, often after decades. Now, Indiana State Police are one of the first police agencies in the country to hire someone specifically with those skills. They posted a job for a forensic genealogist last spring.
