A woman was charged with capital murder in connection with the death of her cousin's 6-year-old daughter in Harris County. Nakia N. Martin, 39, of Indiana, is accused of drowning the child in a bathtub at a home on Courtland Circle in the Klein area. Siblings who survived the incident said Martin was trying to baptize them.
