Description
An Indianapolis man was found guilty Tuesday of aggravated battery and two counts of criminal recklessness after police say he tried to shoot someone in a fit of road rage, and hit an innocent bystander instead.
Marqueses Tipton was charged in connection with the shooting that happened around 3:15 p.m. on March 20, 2023 near East 71st Street and North Keystone Avenue. Susie Warden, an employee at nearby Sullivan's Hardware, was critically injured in the incident.
