The Marion County Prosecutor has filed two new charges of intimidation against a man accused of attacking a teen on the west side of Indianapolis. Jason Harrell, 46, is charged with two counts of battery and three counts of intimidation for the attack on a 14-year-old boy in the 700 block of Aberdeen Drive, near Rockville and South High School roads.
