Description
A 20-year-old man is out of jail after he was arrested for allegedly shooting into four homes in Indianapolis, leaving one person injured.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office declined to file charges against the man at this time, sharing the following statement with 13News on Feb. 24:
"The investigation submitted to our office did not provide enough evidence to support criminal charges at the time it was presented. The investigation is ongoing while we wait for the results of the firearm tests and additional evidence from law enforcement."
According to IMPD, officers responded to the 2100 block of Waterford Place, near West 71st Street and Michigan Road, on the report of a person shot Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, just after 3 a.m.
