Members of the United Auto Workers rallied across from the Rolls-Royce manufacturing complex in Indianapolis Tuesday as the clock winds down on their contract. The current pact covers more than 800 workers at the company's Indy facility, where they manufacture aircraft engines. That deal expires Wednesday night.
