Dozens of couples are expressing frustration two months after fire destroyed their wedding venue.
The Sanctuary on Penn went up in flames on Christmas Eve. The cause of the fire was just ruled "undetermined."
Now, prospective brides, grooms and family members say the owners are not responding at all.
