A Martinsville woman is facing charges after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Brittany Fortinberry, 31, of Martinsville, is facing the following charges:
Three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor
One count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors
One count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor
