Description
The next TV sports comedy is coming to Netflix.
"Running Point" follows Isla Gordon (Kate Hudson), who is unexpectedly appointed president of professional basketball team Los Angeles Waves after her brother (Justin Theroux) is forced to resign due to a scandal.
"From the get-go, Kate just created such a welcoming and inclusive environment and really kept it light and fun," said Scott MacArthur ("The Mick," "The Righteous Gemstones"), who plays Isla's brother and general manager of the team. "I think we just had such a great group of people that were just really looking to have fun, and and so that's what we started doing from day one, and hopefully it transfers on the screen and and people have fun watching it."
All 10 episodes of "Running Point" will be available to stream Thursday, Feb. 27 on Netflix.
