The city's newest luxury hotel opened Monday in downtown Indianapolis, breathing new life into a once-abandoned building.
The InterContinental Indianapolis is part of IHG Hotels and Resorts' luxury and lifestyle portfolio.
The 11-story hotel is located in the 99-year old Illinois Building at North Illinois and West Market streets, once abandoned and among the top 10 most endangered Indiana landmarks.
